After graduating from Aberystwyth University I saved up some money as quickly as possible and flew to Barcelona where I started my English teaching life. I spent four glorious years living the Catalan lifestyle and teaching English to international angst ridden teenagers until the big smoke started calling to me. Back in London I taught excitable adults and was made DOS before I embarked on my Macmillan journey. That was five years ago, how time flies! These days I spend my time creating guides and support material, training teachers in their use of online resources, running webinars to share ideas with teachers across the globe and eating biscuits.
